Most residential installs run between $500 and $2,500. The number depends on how much roofline you want lit, the height and pitch of the roof, and whether you're adding trees, bushes or pathway lighting. Early October through mid-November is the sweet spot. Book in October and you get 15% off. The calendar fills up by late November, and the best install dates go first.
No. We provide everything — commercial-grade LED bulbs, clips, cords and state-of-the-art timers. They're rated for Michigan winters, and because we store them, they're custom-cut to your house and ready to go next season.
